Yes, within 1 hour of placing your order, you can easily cancel it yourself in the app or on the web and have your money refunded. You can find the “cancel order” button under settings “My orders” when tapping the specific order.

If more than 1 hour has passed, your order will have reached production which unfortunately means that it is too late to cancel and make changes to it.
