Under "My orders" you can follow your books journey from ordering, to printing and finally delivery.

Your books are printed on demand and therefore it is quite normal that your order has the status "Printing" in the first few days while the books are being produced.

When your order has been sent, you can follow the delivery via "Track your order". When the shipping company makes its first update on your package, the tracking link will show the full shipping information. If it doesn't do so right away.
