I can’t log in to my account. What’s gone wrong?

Make sure you're using the same login method as usual. Besides email login, we also offer options like Google, Apple ID, and Facebook.
If you usually log in using email address and password, please double-check your credentials – it’s easy to mix them up (we’ve all been there!). If you’ve forgotten your password, simply request a new one directly on the login screen, and we’ll send you an email with instructions.
