My account doesn’t seem to be loading and I can’t access my work. What can I do?

First, check that you have the latest version of the app and that all your photos are synced. Then log out and log back in. If the problem continues, try deleting and reinstalling the app.
If you’re using the web version, start by refreshing the page. Then log out and log back in, make sure your browser is up to date and try restarting it.
