How do I know if my photos have a good enough resolution for printing?
If a photo has a resolution below our recommended 3 megapixels, an exclamation mark will appear by the photo.
If you’re not sure where to find it, you will see it both when selecting photos from the image gallery and in the right-hand corner of the spread once the photo is uploaded. More detailed information is provided when you open that spread and click on the image list/image.
This exclamation mark indicates that the photo may appear pixellated once printed. For the best print results, try to choose photos with a resolution of 10 megapixels or more.
If your photos have a low resolution warning, we recommend choosing a smaller layout. However, this is simply a guideline; the warning/exclamation mark will not prevent you from proceeding with your order.
Whatever the resolution, we recommend printing your favourites, as resolution doesn’t reflect the quality of your memory. :)
