What can I do if I'm having issues syncing my images in the app?

If the app is having trouble uploading your images to our cloud or downloading them to your device, there are some things you can try: 

1. If you have lots of images, syncing them might take some time. Keep the app open until the sync is done. Note that the sync will pause if you switch to another app or if your screen locks. 

2. Make sure you’re connected to the internet. If you’re using mobile data, check that the “Upload with mobile data” option is enabled in the app settings. If you’re on Wi-Fi, make sure the network is working properly. 

3. Try making a small change to one of your books and saving it. 

4. Make sure focus mode (or any similar feature) isn’t enabled on your phone, as this could interfere with syncing. 

5. Close the app completely and reopen it. 

6. If the problem is with a specific book, try making a copy of the book and see if the new version syncs correctly. 

7. Try using our web app at app.onceupon.photo. 

8. Logging out and signing back in might help, but be careful as this may mean that you lose any unsaved changes.
